About ‘Sentinels’
Traveling around the Pacific Northwest, you can’t help but notice tree lines everywhere. Coming around a turn in the car or on the hiking trail, at the tops of ridges, and especially when circumventing Cascade Lake on Orcas Island, over and over I was struck by silhouettes of trees. They stand like sentinels guarding the sky. They make me want to protect something else – my sense of awestruck wonder at where I find myself. When the light is right and the stately trunks and canopies are reflected on water, it’s like a gently moving mirror doubling the magic.
Production Notes
Each art work is signed and numbered. When the maximum number of artworks in an edition (usually 30) is sold, no more will be produced, assuring the rarity of the work. Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity showing the details of its creation.
Shipping
Shipping within the continental United States is free. The package will need to be signed for upon receipt. Shipping is possible to most countries of the world. For estimated cost of shipping outside the US, please contact me prior to ordering.
